Returns & Refund Policy

Our Commitment to Quality

At Leigh & Co Beauty, we take pride in the quality of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our online return system makes it easy to request a return.

Returns Window

We accept returns within 3 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, these items cannot be returned:

  • Opened skincare products
  • Used cosmetics or beauty tools
  • Gift cards

How to Return an Item (Step by Step)

Log into Your Account

Go to the login page and enter your email and password. If you don't have an account, you'll need to create one using the email address you used for your order.

Go to Your Orders Page

Click on "My Orders" or go directly to your orders page. You'll see a list of all your orders.

Find Your Delivered Order

Look for the order with status Delivered. Click on the order number or the order details link to view it.

Click "Request Return"

On the order details page, look for the Request Return button. Click it to open the return form.

The return button only appears for orders that are delivered and within the 3-day return window.

Fill Out the Return Form

Complete the form with the following information:

  • Select items - Check the boxes next to the items you want to return
  • Choose quantity - If you ordered multiple of the same item, select how many to return
  • Select condition - Choose unused, opened, or damaged
  • Pick a reason - Select why you're returning the item
  • Add notes - Provide any additional details (optional)
  • Upload photos - You can attach photos of the item (optional but helpful)

Review Shipping Cost Notice

The form will show you who pays for return shipping based on your reason:

Defective/Wrong Item Return shipping covered by Leigh & Co Beauty
Change of Mind Customer pays return shipping

Agree to Policy & Submit

Check the box agreeing to the return policy, then click Submit Return Request.

Wait for Confirmation

You'll see a success message on screen and receive an email confirmation. Your return request is now Pending and will be reviewed within 24 hours.

What Happens After You Submit?

Review Period

Our team reviews your request within 24 hours

Approval Email

If approved, you'll receive an email with return instructions and shipping address

Ship the Item

Package the item securely and ship it to the provided address

Refund Processed

Once received and inspected, your refund is processed (3-5 business days)

Return Shipping Costs

Defective/Incorrect Items

If your reason is "Product defective or damaged" or "Wrong item received", Leigh & Co Beauty will cover the return shipping costs. We'll email you a return shipping label once your request is approved.

Change of Mind

For reasons like "Changed my mind", "Found cheaper elsewhere", or "Not as described", the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank's policies.

You can check the status of your return request anytime in your orders page.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want:

  1. Return the item you have (using the online return process above on the order details page)
  2. Once your return is accepted
  3. Make a separate purchase for the new item

This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible, rather than waiting for an exchange to process.
