Delivery Charges

  • Standard Delivery: A flat-rate delivery fee of R150.00 applies to all orders.
  • FREE Shipping: On all orders over R1000.00 — you pay nothing for delivery!

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Main Centres / Larger Cities

Tracking Your Order

Upon dispatch, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time based on the latest courier updates.

Change of Address

Need to update your delivery address?

  • Please contact your sales representative as soon as possible.
  • We can only amend delivery details before the order has been dispatched.
  • If an order has already been shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, any collection and re-delivery fees will be charged to the customer's account.

Items Out of Stock

Should an item in your order be temporarily out of stock, we will ship the available products immediately. The remaining items will be placed on backorder and sent to you as soon as they are replenished. Our logistics team will notify you promptly if this occurs.

Damaged or Delayed Parcels

Damaged in Transit:

If you receive a parcel that appears damaged, please reject it from the courier and contact our customer service department immediately.

Delivered Damaged:

If the parcel was delivered while you were away and you find it damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to review available options.

Delayed Delivery:

If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
